Economic Stimulus

The ACT Government has announced a package of initiatives designed to provide confidence and economic stimulus for the ACT building and construction industry. The four stimulus measures are: the releasing four civil contracts for estate works in Moncrieff; changes to lease variation charges (LVC); reductions in extension of time (EOT) commence and complete development fees; and legislation to facilitate major projects across the ACT.
