Clint Peters appointed as City Renewal Authority Director of Development

Mr Clint Peters has been appointed to the role of director of development at the City Renewal Authority.

Clint takes up this key role with the Authority with significant experience in executive leadership, land development, land sales and organisational management.

Clint joined the City Renewal Authority from the Suburban Land Agency where he was the executive director of sales, marketing, community development, affordable housing and built form initiatives. He was also previously an executive director with the Asbestos Response Taskforce where he had carriage of managing the valuations, acquisitions, demolition and sales program for the scheme.

City Renewal Authority chief executive Malcolm Snow welcomed Mr Peters’ permanent appointment.

“Clint brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, particularly in relation to land, property and people,” Mr Snow said.

“His broad experience, both in the private sector and government in Canberra, will be invaluable to the Authority as we continue to plan and implement our city revitalisation efforts.”

Mr Peters is excited to be taking up this position in a permanent capacity after filling the position on a temporary basis for the past six months.

“The opportunity to be part of a team that is focused on high-quality urban design and development is incredibly exciting,” Mr Peters said.

“I’m looking forward to making my contribution to making our wonderful city grow and evolve.”
