Apply to design and deliver Canberra’s annual Christmas event

Are you an event manager or agency with inspiring ideas that can bring people together, support city business and celebrate Canberra’s unique sense of place?

The City Renewal Authority is seeking an event manager or agency to design and deliver Canberra’s biggest and best Christmas event from 2018 through to 2020.

As a major seasonal event and key feature on the Canberra activation calendar, Christmas in the city centre presents a special opportunity to capture visitors’ imaginations, engage with a diverse audience, showcase local talent, support city retailers and food and beverage businesses and build a sense of community.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a vision and ability to develop the program year-on-year to provide continuity and build tradition, while injecting new attractions and content that will keep programming fresh and interesting.
