Future capital works business opportunities are published on the Capital Works Call Tender Schedule which is sourced from the ACT Budget Papers and the projects are subject to final budget appropriations.
The ACT Government is introducing a new online system for managing, reporting and delivering on capital works projects, the Project Management and Reporting System is known as PMARS. Suppliers of works and services managed as part of the ACT Government’s capital works program will be transitioned to PMARS.

The ACT Work Health and Safety Active Certification Policy attempts to prevent fatal, permanent and serious debilitating injuries within the construction industry, and improve work health and safety practices on sites where ACT Government construction projects are being delivered.
