Communications opt-in and email subscription service
The ACT Government currently emails a newsletter to its subscribers usually once a month. The newsletter includes stories on current announcements, events, community services or consultations. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers.
The Our Canberra email list was originally created from subscribers who selected 'YES' to the question "Would you like to receive ACT Government messages?" when creating an Access Canberra account. As advised to subscribers on 5 April 2019, the list has been transferred to a different system which enable for easy self-management of opt-in/opt-out preferences.
