Commentary
- In 2018-19, 21.2% of ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people met the physical activity guidelines.
- The physical activity guidelines are based on the Department of Health’s 2014 Australia's Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines1. These guidelines differ by age group.
- Please note these guidelines are not the same as those reported for the indicator 'Physical activity - meets guidelines - adults".
