Commentary

  • For the period 2015-2019, the five most commonly diagnosed cancers accounted for 63.1% of all newly diagnosed cancers in males. For males, the five most common cancer types were prostate, melanoma of skin, bowel, lung and lymphomas.
  • The five most common cancers for males in the ACT are similar to the most common cancers nationally.
