Tenants' Consultative Group

We are public housing tenants who use our experiences to help improve services for public housing tenants. Learn about us and what we do.

What we do

As public housing tenants we use our first-hand experiences and perspectives to help improve services and policies that affect all public housing tenants.

We use this experience and knowledge to:

  • share ideas and give feedback on public housing policies, programs and services
  • test Housing ACT communication with tenants.

We do not make decisions for other Housing tenants and we do not advocate about individual issues.

Our members

  • Chair, Housing ACT
  • There are 20 public housing tenants for the 2023 to 2025 term.

A new group is formed every 2 years to encourage a diverse range of views.

Meetings

We meet every 6 weeks.
