An ACT Government Website

ACT Office for Veterans

We coordinate policy about issues affecting veterans and their families in the ACT and administer grants to improve the lives of the local veteran community.

What we do

We manage the ACT Government approach to issues affecting the 22,000 veterans and their families who call the ACT home.

We provide advice and support and help connect veterans and their families to education and training, employment, health and wellbeing services.

We give policy advice to the ACT Government and participate in community committees and forums.

We support the Ministerial Advisory Council for Veterans and their Families and the ACT Minister for Veterans and Seniors.
