The new Freedom of Information Act 2016 commenced on 1 January 2018. The new Act introduces an open access regime that ensures regular disclosure of certain categories of government information.
This website is created to support a pro-disclosure culture across the ACT Government by providing a central, searchable interface to enable the community to access government information. ACT Government agencies will progressively make open access information available through this website. Find out more about Open Access Information.
