Summer may have passed us by, but there’s still plenty of time to squeeze in a weekend away.
If you’re planning on pitching your tent or road tripping in a caravan, don’t forget to register your trailer or caravan.
Register your trailer and caravan before you hit the road and avoid the risk of a fine.
Stuck for time? The good news is you can renew your caravan or trailer registration online 24/7 – you don’t need to visit an Access Canberra Service Centre. All you need is your credit card.
If your caravan or trailer has been unregistered for more than 12 months, you’ll need to take it to an authorised inspection station for a roadworthiness inspection.
To make sure you never miss another rego renewal, ACT drivers can receive an SMS reminder to their nominated mobile number two days before their vehicle registration is due for renewal and another SMS two days after the expiry date if the vehicle registration has still not been renewed.
