The Veronicas and Birds of Tokyo will headline Canberra’s Street Machine Summernats 39.

The award-winning bands lead a stacked entertainment program, which will rock EPIC between 7 and 10 January 2027.

Friday night

The Veronicas, Birds of Tokyo and Playlunch

On Friday, three huge bands will rock it out on the main stage.

The Veronicas need little introduction. SistersJess and Lisa Origliasso have produced some of Australia’s biggest pop hits. These include 4ever, Everything I’m Not and the chart-topping Untouched.

With songs including Plans, Lanterns, Good Lord and more, Birds of Tokyo have graced some of the biggest stages in the country. You’re guaranteed to find yourself singling along to these anthems.

Melbourne band Playlunch are the self-proclaimed founders of ‘Bogan Funk’. Their track Keith has been streamed millions of times and they’re undoubtedly one of Australia’s most ridiculously fun live acts.

Saturday night

Sneaky Sound System and Mashd N Kutcher

The party continues on Saturday night with two awesome acts.

With 20 years of disco, house and pop bangers under their belts, Sneaky Sound System has filled dancefloors around the world. Get ready to move to hits like UFO, Pictures and I Love It.

Electronic duo Mashd N Kutcher will bring the night home with their amazing Anthems show. Expect huge tracks, throwbacks and dancefloor favourites in a massive festival set complete with a full band.

The Summernats experience

Intense auto action features alongside this huge musical lineup.

Summernats is the nation’s biggest horsepower party, bringing fans and machines together in one massive venue.

You can expect:

• cruising

• non-stop entertainment.
