We want everyone using palliative care services in the ACT to receive the best care.
You can tell us how well our services have supported you and what the service could have done better.
Your feedback helps us to give better care.
Complaints
If you have concerns about your current care and need an immediate response, phone your care service provider directly.
If you are not happy with their response, you should ask to speak to the manager.
If you still have concerns you can:

- contact the Human Rights Commission by phoning 02 6205 2222.
