- Drivers can access the Matilda Street carpark from Matilda Street and Bowes Street entrances.
- The Matilda Street cycleway is open between the corner of Bowes Street and the Hellenic Club car park entrance. At this point cyclists should use the shared footpath.
Changes for pedestrians and cyclists
- Pedestrians and cyclists are to take extra care when travelling through the Woden town centre.
- More signs and temporary crossings have been set up to ensure safe journeys and to assist navigation throughout the project site.
- Keep an eye out for wayfinding signs around the area, which will guide the best pathway to your destination.
- Refer to the map above for pedestrian pathways and crossings.
Woden Temporary Transport Interchange
- The Woden temporary bus interchange is now open. It is located on the eastern end of Matilda St Carpark.
- The temporary interchange will operate while construction of the new CIT Campus and Woden Transport Interchange is underway over the next few years.
- Lookout for wayfinding signage in the precinct to make your way to the interchange.

Construction site fencing
A combination of Colourbond and wire fencing around the building site will protect the public during construction works.
Signage on the fencing will help pedestrians to safely navigate around the perimeter of the construction site and include artist's impressions of the future campus and light rail.
