There may be times when you want to escalate your issue or feedback to a complaint. Whether your concern is regarding light rail or raising London Circuit, you can lodge a complaint with us in the following ways:

- tell us about any problems as soon as possible
- contact us directly. Many concerns can be resolved quickly by speaking with our staff in the first instance
- describe the issue including all relevant information in the order it happened and what outcome you’re seeking.
Your complaint will be assessed for action and we may contact you for further information. If you would like a response, we will inform you of the outcome once any investigations are complete or earlier if needed.
