Technical DocumentsThe ACT Government have produced a series of reports as part of early work for Light Rail Stage 2. The reports look at some of the important heritage and landscape features of Commonwealth Avenue. They also propose planning and design principles to guide the light rail extension through this significant area. The reports provide early guidance for future project planning. The ACT Government is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Stage 2B as the next step for the project. The EIS will further consider the project design and potential impacts. It will progress the project through various Australian and Territory Government approvals. Consultation is open on the EIS via the project's YourSay page. - Commonwealth Avenue Landscape Structure Plan – Jane Irwin (PDF)
