Since the Business Case was approved in 2020, the project has and continues to progress various consultation activities to support lodgement of the Estate Development Plan and multiple Development Applications associated with the project.

Estate Development Plan

An Estate Development Plan sets out the block boundaries for individual blocks proposed within an estate, the existing zones within the estate, and provision or changes to utility services which support future development.

The purpose of the Estate Development Plan is to create new blocks of land which are serviced in the Woden Town Centre so that the development of the new CIT campus can take place – it is an important enabling step for future construction.

The Estate Development Plan for CIT Woden was lodged in April 2022.
