Clinical placement prerequisites for allocation
Four weeks before you start your clinical placement, your education provider must verify documentary evidence and confirm in writing that you meet the ACT Health requirements for:
As the police and working with vulnerable people check can take some time to process, you should submit these to your education provider well in advance of your first placement and check the expiry dates to ensure they remain current.
Two weeks before placement
You must have completed:
- mandatory e-learning
- National Hand Hygiene Initiative Student Health Practitioner Module
- student acknowledgement form.

Once the Clinical Placement Office has received your details from your education provider your account will be created. This may take 2 to 3 days.
