This visa is for successful businesspeople who want to invest at least $200,000 to establish or purchase a business in Australia.
This visa is for people who invested a minimum $200,000 to establish or purchase a business in the ACT; and successfully managed the business for at least two (2) years.
The Department of Home Affairs only allows us to nominate a limited number of applicants each year. That is why you must be invited to apply for ACT nomination.
