Once you are Prequalified, you must renew your Prequalification every three years. The Prequalification Registrar will notify you in writing when your Prequalification status is nearing completion and due for renewal.

Fire trails maintenance and upgrade prequalification
Footpath remedial works and installation prequalification
Please note that 2nd or 3rd party certification of QA, OHS and EMS are required.
Systems are audited for compliance, either by third party auditors or ACT Government accredited senior auditors.
*Prequalification is awarded within specific financial limits for contractors while consultants undertake a financial viability check only. Suppliers are required to demonstrate they have the following in place:
- technical and financial capacity to undertake works;
- appropriate management systems in place such as QA, OHS, and EMS;
- current and appropriate insurances, licences and mandatory technical qualifications; and
- compliance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (if relevant).
