Cost-Benefit Analysis of the Drug and Alcohol Sentencing List
In late 2023, the Justice and Community Safety Directorate commissioned KPGM to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the ACT Drug and Alcohol Sentencing List.
This report, published on 9 September 2024, outlines the full results of the cost-benefit analysis. It includes analysis of the program’s cost-benefit ratio (CBR), and describes broader identified benefits.
The report will support the ACT Government's current and future policy decision making processes.
