Help for ACT families with free child development checks and advice, and autism assessments for children up to 12 years.

Services

The Child Development Service is for families who live in the ACT. Check how your family can use our services.

Children aged 2 to 3 years old

After we assess your child, we may provide therapy for children aged 2 to 3 years old who:

  • may not be meeting developmental milestones
  • are not eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Opening hours

Monday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday – closed
Sunday – closed

Not open on public holidays.
