2026

The 2026 conservation cull started on 9 June and concluded on 31 July. Fifteen reserves were closed during this time. 3,562 kangaroos and 344 wallabies were culled.

Fertility control 2026

Fertility control activities through the ongoing use of GonaCon Immunocontraceptive Vaccine took place at selected sites as part of the 2026 Kangaroo Management Program.
