Property Identification Codes (PICs)

A Property Identification Code (PIC) identifies the property where livestock have been kept in Australia's food safety and traceability systems. PICs can be used for tracing animal movements to control emergency animal diseases, for locating properties and for contacting owners of livestock.

There's no cost to apply for a PIC in the ACT.
