Summary
The Charter of rights for kids in care is for all children and young people who live with a family member other than their parents, a foster carer, residential home or are living independently.
The Charter talks about what children and young people can expect from the people who are looking after them when they are in care. All children and young people have a right to feel safe and cared for.
