In 2023 and 2024, we gave every long day care service in the ACT free access for 2 educators to join the online Bring on the Coach program.
The course, held over 3 sessions, helped leaders and aspiring leaders to improve their coaching conversations with their teams.
After the first and second sessions, they engaged in online ‘coaching circle’ discussions to further their skills.
In 2025 in partnership with Nous group, we conducted a survey and needs analysis of the ACT’s Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) workforce.
