Walk-in centre performance
This page provides information on the operational performance of ACT Walk‑in Centres, including data on patient waiting time to treatment and presentation outcomes.
Data highlights
Median waiting time to treatment at walk-in centres
The median waiting time is the time within which 50 per cent, or half, of all patients waiting to be attended were seen by a health care professional.
Walk-in centre presentation outcomes
At the end of a patient’s visit to a walk‑in centre, the presentation outcome records how the episode of care concluded, such as whether the patient was referred home, directed to an emergency department (ED) or general practitioner (GP), or left before completing care.
