Options for 2020-21 Budget and Appropriation Bill

Cabinet agreed the Treasurer would move a motion in the Legislation Assembly seeking to delay the introduction of the 2020-21 Appropriation Bill and 2020-21 Budget and that Ministerial and economic statements will be released in coming months to provide updates on economic and fiscal developments associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Royal Commission Criminal Justice Legislation Amendment Bill 2020

Cabinet agreed the Attorney-General present the Royal Commission Criminal Justice Legislation Amendment Bill 2020 in the Legislative Assembly. The Bill intends to implement a number of recommendations of the Royal Commission into Institutional Reponses to Child Sexual Abuse, for reform of criminal laws, and make related amendments to criminal laws.

Review of Community Solar feed in tariff capacity release
