Revenue Legislation Amendment Bill 2021

Cabinet agreed the Treasurer present the Revenue Legislation Amendment Bill 2021 in the Legislative Assembly, as part of a regular series of Bills. The amendments within the Bill are to maintain tax law by clarifying and updating a range of technical and other tax administration matters, and include amendment to the Land Tax Act 2004 to provide for the ongoing operation of an exemption for affordable community housing, in line with the Parliamentary and Governing Agreement of the 10th ACT Legislative Assembly.
