City Renewal Authority and Suburban Land Agency Amendment Bill 2021 – Agreement to Introduce

COVID-19 SEMC Update

Minute number: 21/540-1/SEMC/CAB

The Security and Emergency Management Committee of Cabinet agreed to funding of $250,000 for food relief for Canberra’s most vulnerable due to the Chief Health Officers intention to put in place a ‘lockdown’ from 5pm on 12 August 2021.

A Triple Bottom Line Assessment was not prepared for this item given the time imperatives of the COVID-19 pandemic.
