Disability Strategy
The ACT Disability Strategy is a plan to build a more inclusive ACT, where people with disability can fully participate in all aspects of community life.
Summary
We want a more accessible and inclusive ACT, where people with disability can fully participate in community life. The Disability strategy 2024–2033 and the First action plan will support the community, government and business to drive positive change.
The First action plan 2024–26 will begin to address priority issues identified in the community consultation. It focuses on changing attitudes, raising awareness and building capacity across the community. The 2025 Annual report covers our progress on the First action plan.
