The centre was built near the Gungahlin light rail stop and bus interchange, making it easy for people across the district to access the facility.

The project responded to the needs of Gungahlin’s growing population. It delivered modern spaces where people can meet, learn and take part in community programs.

Spaces for hire

The centre includes flexible, purpose-built spaces for both small groups and larger organisations. These include:

  • Office spaces and consultation or meeting rooms: Private offices with one to three desks suitable for teams or service delivery.
  • Coworking desks: Individual desks in a bright, elevated setting for flexible working arrangements.
  • Dry arts and wet arts studios: Spaces for pottery, craft and creative programs.
  • Gallery room: An exhibition space for art displays, community showcases and end-of-term exhibitions.
  • Dance studio: A versatile space with compliant timber flooring and mirrors for dance, movement and theatre rehearsals.
  • Multipurpose spaces: Large, flexible venues for conferences with separate breakout spaces.
