If your organisation supplies syringes to the public you will need to apply to supply syringes under the Public Health Act 1997.
Needle and Syringe Programs are a public health measure consistent with the ACT Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Strategy and the National Drug Strategy's harm minimisation framework.

Before you apply
You must have completed an approved training program conducted by Directions Health Services.
