Conditions imposed on the registration under section 93(e) of the Education Act 2004

The Proprietor[1] is required to comply with the following conditions:

1. Within 14 days after the conditions are imposed on the registration, the Proprietor must hold a board meeting to formulate a detailed plan on how the Proprietor will meet the outstanding conditions imposed as a result of the Australian Education Act Decision;
2. The Proprietor must provide the Minister for Education and Youth Affairs with the Minutes of the Proprietor’s board meeting as outlined above, including a list of attendees to the meeting, within 5 days after the meeting is held;
3. The Proprietor must provide the Minister for Education and Youth Affairs with a copy of the detailed plan within that includes timeframes and milestones to be completed within 5 days after the meeting is held;
4. The Proprietor must provide the Registrar with fortnightly updates of meeting the milestones of the plan commencing 14 days after the meeting is held; and
5. The Proprietor must ensure that all action items within the detailed plan are completed within 6 weeks after the conditions are imposed on the registration.

Conditions imposed on the registration under section 102 of the Education Act 2004

The Proprietor[2]or is required to comply with the following conditions:

1. This decision to the transfer the registration of Brindabella Christian College (BCC) from Brindabella Christian Education Limited (BCEL) to Christian Community Ministries Ltd (CCM) only takes effect upon the completion of the sale of BCC to CCM;
2. BCC to ensure that staff employment entitlements are no worse off upon the transfer of the school to CCM;
3. BCC provide quarterly reports regarding staffing levels, number of enrolments, financial status and governance, starting on 1 July 2025 and ending on 1 July 2027;
4. BCC provide the Registrar with copies of audited financial statements on the same day that audited financial statements are lodged with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission;
5. By 1 October 2025, BCC provide the Registrar with a plan to address any remaining non-compliance issues that apply to the school by regulators, Tribunals or Courts;
6. BCC advise the Registrar of any resolved non-compliance issues;
7. By the first day of school term one of 2026, CCM review CCM and BCC policies and procedures in relation to the following Registration Standards:

• Standard 2.8 — Enrolment policy, procedures and contracts
• Standard 2.10 — Curriculum
• Standard 2.14 — Protection from harm
• Standard 2.15 — Child Safe Standards
• Standard 2.16 — Encouraging attendance
• Standard 2.17 — Student movement register
• Standard 2.18 — Behaviour management policy and procedures
• Standard 2.19 — Compliance with territory and commonwealth laws
• Standard 2.26 — Emergency management plan
