Quitting nicotine, whether from tobacco products or vapes, is challenging because the body must get used to functioning without it.

Withdrawal symptoms can start within a matter of hours and can include:

  • cravings for nicotine
  • feeling anxious, down or irritable
  • not being able to sleep well
  • feeling more hungry than usual
  • trouble focusing or concentrating

You don’t have to quit alone. You can get advice and support to help you achieve your goal every step of the way.
