ACT Multi Hazard Advisory Council communique - 6 August 2025

On 6 August 2025, the ACT Multi-Hazard Advisory Council was provided a briefing on Bushfire Prone Area Determinations by officials from ACT Emergency Services Agency and an update on the Regional Fire Management Plan by officials from the City and Environment Directorate. Council Members discussed their draft advice on prescribed burning for the Minister, the Orroral Valley Fire inquiry findings, their forward workplan and future Council arrangements.
