Summary of Cabinet Outcomes
As part of the ACT Government’s Open Government commitment, this document is a public summary of matters considered by Cabinet. It is not intended to be a detailed set of minutes and does not cover all matters considered by Cabinet. Among matters not covered are materials considered in the formation of the ACT budget, commercial and industrial matters under negotiation, as well as matters that would impact personal privacy, security and the ACT economy. Nothing in this document can be considered a waiver of the Government’s executive privilege.

Government submission to the PAC regarding AG Report No 8 2012 on ACT Public Service Recruitment Practices
Cabinet agreed the Government Submission to the Standing Committee on Public Accounts regarding the Auditor-General’s Report No. 8 of 2012 on ACT Public Service Recruitment. 2013-18 ICRC Pricing Determination for Water and Sewerage Services
Cabinet agreed the Government Submission to the Independent Competition and Regulation Commission (ICRC) regarding the ICRC’s draft determination of water and sewerage prices. The Government Submission is available here ACT Government.
Appropriation Bill 2012-2013 (No. 2) - Public Accounts Committee Response Approval
Cabinet agreed that the Treasurer respond to any recommendations made by the Standing Committee on Public Accounts with regard to the Appropriation Bill 2012-2013 (No. 2) which is expected to be tabled during the April sittings.
Road Transport (General) Amendment Bill 2013
Cabinet agreed the Attorney-General present the Road Transport (General) Amendment Bill 2013 during the April sitting of the Legislative Assembly. The Bill proposes to amend the definition of the term ‘bicycle’ to include European style, power-assisted ‘Pedalecs’ electric bicycles and make consequential amendments to transport legislation that refer to the definition of bicycle. ACT Government Response to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elected Body 3rd Report

Ministerial Statement - Traffic Calming
Cabinet agreed the Minister for Territory and Municipal Services present a Ministerial Statement addressing Traffic Calming in the Legislative Assembly during the April sittings.
