Government Response for the Institutional Arrangements for ACTEW

Cabinet agreed to the Government response to the report of the Review of Institutional Arrangements for ACTEW Corporation Limited.

Potential Sale of Streetlight Assets – Additional Requested Information

Cabinet discussed ownership of the ACT's streetlight assets while noting opportunities for reducing maintenance and operational costs and a range of options for achieving improved energy efficiency and environmental outcomes.

Tourism Demand Driver Infrastructure Program

Cabinet discussed endorsing the Project Agreement to enable delivery of the proposed Tourism Demand Driver Infrastructure Program in the ACT.

Amendments to the Board of Senior Secondary Studies Act 1997

Cabinet discussed amendments to be drafted to the Board of Senior Secondary Studies Act 1997 including provisioning for a Board member to be appointed after consultation with the Australian Catholic University (ACU).
