It is not intended to be a detailed set of minutes and does not cover all matters considered by Cabinet. Among matters not covered are materials considered in the formation of the ACT budget, commercial and industrial matters under negotiation, as well as matters that would impact personal privacy, security and the ACT economy. Nothing in this document can be considered a waiver of the Government’s executive privilege.
Strategic Outcomes and priorities of the Government of the 9th Assembly
Cabinet had a general discussion on the Government’s strategic outcomes and scheduling of priorities over the next term of government.
ACT-NSW Memorandum of Understanding on Regional Collaboration
Cabinet agreed to the Chief Minister co-signing the ACT-NSW Memorandum of Understanding for Regional Collaboration noting that it was signed by the NSW Premier in November 2016. The revised Memorandum includes priority actions over three broad areas including economic development, built and natural environment and integrated service planning.
