Human rights fact sheets

Summary

The ACT Government needs to ensure new laws, policies and programs comply with the Human Rights Act 2004.

These fact sheets help staff to identify and address potential human rights issues when developing laws, policies and programs. These factsheets may also help you to understand the rights under the Act.

Each one notes the section of the Act it relates to in the title. For example, section 8 is noted as s 8.
