Summary

Care and Protection Organisations (CaPOs) provide services to vulnerable children and young people. A CaPO must:

  • be approved under the Children and Young People Act 2008 to deliver these services
  • continue to comply with the Care and Protection Organisation Standards
  • have at least one Responsible Person at all times.
