Information for Care and Protection Organisations
Summary
Care and Protection Organisations (CaPOs) provide services to vulnerable children and young people. A CaPO must:
- be approved under the Children and Young People Act 2008 to deliver these services
- continue to comply with the Care and Protection Organisation Standards
- have at least one Responsible Person at all times.
