Information for Care and Protection Organisations

Summary

Care and Protection Organisations (CaPOs) provide services to vulnerable children and young people. A CaPO must:

be approved under the Children and Young People Act 2008 to deliver these services
continue to comply with the Care and Protection Organisation Standards
have at least one Responsible Person at all times.
