Member experience survey 2022
Summary
The Member experience survey asks YourSay Panel members about their experience on the YourSay Panel and what we could be doing better.
More than 2,100 YourSay Panel members took part in the second member experience survey from 5 to 17 January 2022.
The YourSay Panel annual member survey asks members about:
- their experience on the Panel
- what they like about it
- what could be improved
- how they would like to engage with the Panel in the future.
The YourSay Panel team used the survey results to help plan and refine our overall Panel experience, including survey content, communication with Panel members and incentives.
