Member experience survey 2023

Summary

The Member experience survey 2023 asked members about their experience on the panel and how they would like to be engaged and involved in the future.

Almost 1,250 YourSay Panel members took part in the survey from 5 to 15 January 2023.

Results from the survey were compared with past survey results and show:

members rated their experience on the YourSay Panel an average of 7.4 out of ten, which was similar to previous years
several aspects of member experience had improved including the panel providing a good mix of survey topics, helping members feel more involved in their community and members receiving feedback on results
areas to improve include access to results and helping members understand how feedback provided on the panel influences ACT Government decision-making.

We used insights from survey results to inform how we operate the Panel and plan for future surveys and engagements.
