Member experience survey 2025
Summary
Every year, we ask YourSay Panel members to share their thoughts on their experience and how they’d like to be involved in future activities. This helps us make the panel more engaging and meaningful.
From 21 July to 3 August 2025, more than 1,750 members completed the survey.
Results from the survey are compared with past survey results and show:
- members rated their overall experience on the YourSay Panel an average of 6.8 out of 10, slightly lower than last year (7.0 in 2024)
- feedback on survey usability was mostly positive with 93% saying surveys are easy to complete, 87% saying the surveys don’t take long to complete, and 73% finding the surveys interesting
- most members think that the number of surveys they are invited to do is about right (66%)
- the main thing that could improve member experience is more prizes or incentives (37%)
- other areas of improvement identified by members include opportunities to participate in other types of research, providing more timely access to survey results and more information on how feedback helps shape ACT Government decision-making.
Results from the survey are used to inform how we operate the panel and plan for future surveys and engagements.
