Public notices relating to non-government schools

Summary

The Education Act 2004 requires members of the community to be notified about applications received from proprietors seeking:

  • in-principle approval to establish a new non-government school in the ACT
  • registration of a non-government school
  • an amendment to the registration of an existing non-government school.

Notices about applications made in 2025 will appear here.

Members of the community will be able to provide comments on these applications. We will provide these comments to the Minister for Education, for the Minister to consider.
