Our Regulatory Accountability Framework promotes a principles-based approach to regulation across ACT Health.
The framework is foundational to the work we do as a regulator. It describes the approach that we take to regulation. It has a focus on activities and legislation that aim to reduce public health risks and harms. It is also a platform to help strengthen our regulatory maturity. Through this we can improve public health outcomes.
