Services under the Children and Young People Act
We are required to publish an education and care services register under the Education and Care Services National Law (ACT) Act 2011.
The register contains certain information about each education and care service approved under the National Quality Framework.
The Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) website publishes the register of services approved in the ACT.
The following services continue to operate in the ACT under the Children and Young People Act 2008.
