Social Media Survey
Summary
More than 1,300 YourSay Panel members took part in a survey about social media in September 2024.
The survey explored views about social media use and the role of ACT Government social media channels in keeping Canberrans informed.
The results have been used to guide thinking and strategies to consolidate the ACT Government’s approach to social media, seeking to reduce duplication and making it simpler for the community to access information.
