Transport and City Services survey
Summary
The Transport and City Services survey explored community views on services provided by Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS).
1,766 YourSay Community Panel members took part in the survey from 24 February to 1 March 2021.
TCCS asked about use and experiences with:
- public transport and active travel
- bulky waste collection
- dog registration.
TCCS and the ACT Government used the survey results to:
- plan and refine policies and programs to how Canberrans are engaging with services
- inform communication and messaging approaches about these services to the public.
