Coaching and mentoring toolkit for early childhood educators
Our toolkit helps early childhood educators to decide how to use peer support, coaching or mentoring in their workplaces.
The Peer Support, Coaching and Mentoring Toolkit:
- supports early childhood education and care providers to decide how to use peer support, coaching or mentoring in their setting
- can be used as part of existing learning and development processes
- can be adapted to suit the needs of individual services.
We developed the Peer Support, Coaching and Mentoring Toolkit in consultation with the Valuing Educators Reference Group.
It includes:
- information on the different parts of peer support, coaching and mentoring
- tools and templates you can use to establish a peer support, coaching and mentoring process
- advice on how to implement these processes effectively.
